Third phase of Létminimum Standard Projekt 1984 W (Subsistence Level Standard Project 1984 W) that the artist led within IPUT (International Parallel Union of Telecommunications), an organization that the artist founded in 1968 in Hungary as an artistic approach (Source, website, C3).
