During the 1972 Biennale, at the invitation of Barilli, Gerry Schum parked his video camper outside the Giardini and made a number of video art works with artists participating in the exhibition, works which were then entrusted to the institution of the Biennale. One of them is Appendice per una supplica by Ketty La Rocca.
