Description
"Jochen Gerz sits in front of a snakeskin stretched on the wall, cutting a part in his hair with a razor. He wipes the hair off the razor onto the snakeskin. The part is covered with photographic opaque. The paint is transferred from the artist's head to the floor in a straight line. While transferring the paint, Gerz falls onto the line on the floor. A monitor shows the Siberian taiga, and Russian folk songs are heard. A video recording is part of the performance entitled ABC of Reading."
